This Friday night : Counted Primary series with Jason. 1st November 6.30-8.15pm A full ashtanga led primary series, counted in traditional Sanskrit. This flowing class is best suited to ashtanga yogis who have at least a little understanding of the primary series, clear guidance will be given for each posture in this traditional sequence and modifications suggested for the more challenging asanas. Time for a deep savasana at the end. Drop in. No need to book.
