This Hertfordshire based nursery is looking for a Maternity Cover Nursery Manager to work within their nursery which cares for the children of staff at the work place as well as guests children of the hotel. This nursery is situated within the grounds of a 5 star hotel and comes with many benefits including Gym membership, one free stay in the hotel and discounts on further accommodation and the spa. The chosen candidate must be a confident and capable manager who is fully dedicated to her role. They will be required to attend regular team meetings with other managers of the hotel to discuss budgets, events and operations. It is a demanding role as the Manager will be working with high profile clients of the hotel. Good communication skills are a must as are good manners and a professional attitude. Previous experience of Nursery Management is essential as the hotel require a new member of staff that can quickly become familiar with the nursery and have a thorough understanding of the importance of planning around the EYFS. The nursery has achieved OFSTED Outstanding for the last two inspections and would like a manager that has had experience of inspections and a good understanding of all the policies and procedures that should be in place. Nursery Opening hours: 7.30-6pm.
