MY account No 0191000400000751 I withdrawn 25000 rupees From Punjab National Bank A.T.M Branch Mandi Gobindgarh, From Where I Got 1500 tored,taped and old notes one of was 500 rupees note and other was 100s notes After That I went to Branch To change those Notes But The Branch Manager Did Not Accepted That These Notes Are not from our bank know he is not ready to listen any thing about it According To R.B.I guidelines the currency notes of before 2005 has to be exchanged from banks but the branch manager retracted from it There are some Photos of those notes and received slip from A.T.M so what should i do further please tell me and i am in loss of 1500 rupees
