This John F. Kennedy speech was never about the US military industrial complex... but about the perceived threat of Communism - a fact which certain radicals, with a specific agendas, forget when they promote parts of this this speech out of context ... As JFK said, after warning the Press that it must be mindful of national security when publishing, added, " ... this administration intends to be candid about its errors ... Government at all levels must meet its obligation to provide you with the fullest possible information outside the narrowest limits of national security. Perhaps Barack Obama might get value from relistening to these words, said at a time when the US was facing a much greater perceived crisis than it does today.
