This Land is Our Land! The US Forest Service is finalizing plans to require a permit of journalists and photographers to take photographs in 193 million acres of national Wilderness. The permits can cost as much as $1,500 and the fine for not having one is $1,000. This is our land. This is a clear violation of the First Amendment and the provisions that created these wilderness areas.
