+ This Lokshabha Poll Congress has the brightest chance in GOA to Win both the Loksabha seats in April, more so in North GOA Seat which is currently with thee NDA and also it can + The congress can win in South GOA provided young and new , non Corrupt and mass outh and seasoned leader Alexio Reginaldo is given Loksabha Ticket and Churchill, Mauvin, Sardinha and all senior leaders unite from the grass root level and no division of votes arise candidate because people want young, and new face, who is vocal and fights for people rights, the current M.P Francisco Sardinha will lose very heavily if renominated becoz of his non performance, Anti incumbency and for Supporting New MOPA Airport, Please do not force him on to the Voters by renominating him for he is very unpopular amongst the South GOAN Voters, for he was and is responsible to bring BJP to Power over 10 years back by supporting their Govt by revolting with the ruling congress thus first time giving the BJP backdoor entry to power in Goa State, no Goan has forgotten that , he did so just becoz of his selfish nature and to remain in Power by hook or Crook and so he was defeated then in his Assembly Constituency then by The New Congress leader and his own fellow Constituency citizen Mr Reginaldo Lourenco . In North GOA Congress could have won both in 2004 and 2009, but unfortunately the seat was given to NCP and Congress Symbol was missing, had it not been Coilation Compulsion to avoid split in Secular Votes, the victory was sure bcoz Congress has the Mass base and organisation in entire GOA and India whereas NCP did not and still not. So the best Compromise formula is to convince the NCP High command and local unit of NCP by Madam and You and also to tactfully persuade them to whole heartedly back congress candidate without revolting and offer them some good post to their leaders in GOA or centrally to manage the problem skillfully that will arise later, one has to be a trouble shooter/ fire fighting / effective Negotiating skill and have a compromise formula in place if the above does not work that is The Second Scenario would be Offer one Sit to NCP in any part of India instead of North GOA, it could be in Meghalaya, Orrissa or Maharashtra or any other place where congress feels it has less chances to win but NCP has a better chance then Congress there, because in 2004 and 2009 the Secular People of North GOA and Congress Party Voters and workers were denied the winning seat by giving the same to NCP which they ultimately lost.The NCP symbol was forced on to the North GOA Electorate without their wishes and so they voted for the other partyhead of NDA won the seat.This is most important because the MGP will support the Coilation Partner and the leading ruling State Party of GOA, as they formally declared some days back.
