This Saturday 29th March is our Hands of Our A & E Public Meeting. UNISON set up the meeting in partnership with Linda Riordan MP under our community organising banner Band Together for the NHS. So far we have had fantastic support from a variety of organisations and campaign groups. People have been handing out our postcards promoting the meeting and we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has helped out. The meeting takes place at North Bridge Leisure Centre in Halifax and starts at 12.30, we have tried to make our panel of speakers as broad ranging as possible, here is a brief introduction into each one of our invited speakers and meeting Chairperson:
