This Saturday, October 4th, is World Animal Day and all of us here at Munster Lost and Found Pet Helpline and Shelter would like to invite you to celebrate with us by purchasing one of our bookmarks €1 available at Pet Essentials Carrigaline, Abbeyville Vets Togher and Carrigaline, Value Vets Blackpool, Gilabby Vets Togher, The Beer Garden shop Turners Cross, Douglas Village Flea Market (Tesco 2 floor car park Saturday 9-2pm). Not only do we work on behalf of dogs and cats we also receive many calls regarding critters such as wayward pet bunnies, goats, budgies, parquets, peacocks, guinea pigs etc and thanks to friends like Helen and Lisa we are also able to get involved with the rescue and rehabilitation of wildlife- those include an ailing fox, wild rabbits, and a variety of wild birds, like our latest – a little gold finch and a few months back a brood of baby swallows. We’re a registered charity CHY19133 we are run 100% by volunteers. We wish you all a peaceful and happy World Animal Day and we thank you wholeheartedly for your support as we simply could not keep going without you.
