This Sunday, July 28th, CrossFit 14 will be hosting a special event to benefit the GUARDIAN ANGEL DOG RESCUE called "The Dog Days of Summer". It will be a special WOD held on a day the box is normally closed so there will be a minimum $5 donation ($10 donation for non-members). 100% of the proceeds will go to the Guardian Angel Dog Rescue. GADR is a non-profit, all-volunteer shelter saving all breeds of dogs from needless euthanasia. They give these strays medical attention, flea and tick treatments, and loving foster homes until forever families adopt them. The class times that day are at 9:30am and 10:30am. GADR will be at the box for both classes and will stay until 12pm with adoptable dogs. Please join us and help raise some money for this great cause, any donation is appreciated. If you know anyone who is interested in adopting a dog please send them our way on the 28th!
