This Thursday, Nov 20th at 6 PM in the NCTC Little Theater in Gainesville, the humanities department is presenting Blowing in the Wind: Drought,Dust and Disaster -- How the Dust Bowl Changed America. The program will explore the era from the perspectives of history, science, literature and art. This is sure to be an interesting program, so please plan to attend. (Plants suffered the most during this time. Come hear how they were eventually restored.)
