This Weeks move is Push-ups. The push-ups work the shoulder joints (the pectoral muscles and deltoids), the triceps and abdominal muscles. In the video, we follow a sequence similar to the plank from last week. I find that push-up difficulty is different for different people )depending on their strength, training, fitness level, etc.). It always helps to build to the more difficult push-ups. Remember to always practice safely.
