This Westin hotel is a joke sending me to a dirty room and waiting over an hour to get another room and now sent to another dirty room! Im literally on the 4th room now because the rooms are all dirty! and lugging my luggage up and down the elevator multiple times. These people have no clue what they are doing! This is not customer service and I will be contacting the Union. Okay thanks. Im literally about to blow my gasket !!
