This Youtube is in English. Im sorry my English is not good like him. I really can understand what he wants to say. I think his talks is really happning in Japan. One of my dream was work in abroad and luckly I got a chance so I left Japan in 2009. Then,I worked in Penang Malaysia for 3years and working in Singapore nearly for 2years 6month. But,one of the reason I left Japan its because Japan is really conservative. Also work and live in Japan it was really uncomfortable and staressful for me. I wanted to escape from Japan. Thats why I never go back to Japan more than 5years without training. Its really afraid to show real myself in Japan and its not so easy. Honestly,I did not think I work in Asia. I thought I will work in US or UK that time. But,Im proud I worked in Malaysia and working in Singapore now. Even illegal most of the Malaysian people and Singaporean people are really friendly and toleration to minority people. I love Malaysia and Singapore. I feel I can be real myself in here. Hope I can work for Malaysia and Singapore until my retire age. If even I retire I will continue work for Malaysia and Singapore. Its only I can show as my appreciation. I hope if happened something to me keep my remains in Penang Malaysia and Singapore. I dont want to leave from Penang and Singapore. Because,nice place and nice people. To change something in Japan its really difficult and need a lot of time and power. How much nicer work and stay in Malaysia and Singapore than Japan. 一期一会( Treasure every encounter, for it will never recur.) This is my favourite word and learned it from my elementary school former teacher. I hope Japan change to better country someday. Thank you for your reading.
