This a very cool music video that shows Cymatics in action: how sound creates form. Dr. Hans Jenny is the man who is accredited to the science study of Cymatics (Sound). He is referenced as The Father of Cymatics. His work is based off Ernst Chladnis, The Father of Acoustics (1756-1827). The square with the sand that reflects the vibration/sound is the plate the Chladni used. He would play a bow off the edge of the plates to create from. Jennys work shows that low tones result in simpler, clear pictures whereas higher tones create more complex structures. Relate this to the fact that the human body is ~ 70% water. It stands to reason that sound affects us on a cellular level, as Dr. Emotos water crystal work suggests. It is all very fascinating.
