This a video of some of the damage to the floor that was caused by the pump breaking two times on my washer. As you can see the water is coming up thru the grout. The tile needs to be removed and re laid. I posted this at 1:30 and still no answers just promises for a call back in 3-5 days same old s*i*. Where should I start my washer of 1 1/2 years has broken 3 times causing water damage to my floor. I have been trying to get this resolved for over a month the ECR dept is just feeding me BS. I have been offered a buy back at less than I can buy a new washer oh and they will not do anything with the extended warrant I bought. THIS IS GETTING OLD my wife is pissed that the floor is damaged and we are getting no answers. BUYER BEWARE
