This an oldie but goodie :). This was a type of metabolic conditioning circuit i put together based a crossfit style of WOD (workout of the day). There are many challenging and unique set ups that i give crossfit credit for and i enjoy incorporating them into my workouts and customizing them for myself.based on what i (or my clients ) need to work on. Other wise its just a bunch of Chaos (like youll see in.most crossfit environments). WHEN DONE CORRECTLY THEY CAN BE VERY EFFECTIVE AND CHALLENGING! I dont care who you are but anytime your doing series of sets of compound movements together back to.back your in for a shock to.your system and an incredible workout! Check.it out!
