This application for asylum is sent , yesteardy to the countries below the embassies accredited in Norway. I pray to God, this time to give them power one of the countries below to establish immediate protection on me. To the Representatives of country : Israeli, Palestinia, Iran, India, Liberia, salvador, Russia, Ecuador, Japan, Pakistan, Filipine, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Danish, Finland, Costa Rica, Turkey, Jamaica, Uruguay,Maroco, Indonesia, Republic of Seychelles, Thailand, France, Germany, Guatemala, Taiwan, Nigeria, Malagasy, Malta, Poland, England, Nepal, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Italia, Iceland, Irland, Netherlands, Nepal, New Zealand, Portugal, United States of America, Hondura, Chile, Canada, Singapore, South Africa, Sudan, Sweden, Venezuela, Cypru I, Nicolae Stoica, an activist for the political and civil rights of Romany for more than 13 years, born on 24.05.1984, Romanian citizen with Romany ethnicity, founder of the Norvegian rganizations „Folk er Folk” and „Romfolk” as well as editor of the Romfolk street magazine, organizations focused on supporting the Romany on the norwegian territory, I find myself in urgent need, according to article 14 in the Declaration of Universal Human Rights, adopted and proclaimed on December 10th 1948 by the General Assembly of the United Nations Organizations (UNO) to seek asylum in ............. , because I am subjected to the major risk of unjustly being persecuted and sent to jail by the Romanian Government (mostly formed of cahuvinists and also a corrupt state) and by its agents (public servants in the judiciary system) for a so-called antique sewing machine and a sentence of a court of justice with a political touch from which phone pieces of evidence dissappeared (not even fromt he sentence delivered it does not result that I am guilty of fraud) so that I serve a sentence of 4 years and 2 months for the public disclosures published on the internet page coruptialocalaalba.org, for displaying stickers with messages on the streets of the Alba Iulia city related to the violation of Romanian Constitution and articles 2, 5, 7, 9 and 14 in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the United Nations Organizations since I made public the following: - the pedophilia case from 1999, in which I myself have been a victim in the period in which I have been raised in centres for children where the case of pedophilia against the French citizen Vania Petitjean was closed and hidden, - the corruption in the Romanian judiciary system, the disclosure of some local rasist groups from Alba fromed of public servants and organized crime groups against the Romany, - public servants from the judiciary system involved in prostitution with minors at local level in Alba, - the fascist type chauvinism and the flagrant violation of the principles of the rule of law related to acquaintances and family relatives in the judiciary system in Romania who have judged together the cause of a falsified case created on my name (from 2004) and other 13 Romany persons, with Romanian citizenship which today are in detention. All these things are supported by clear evidence (documents, press articles regarding the scandals in the streets agains the Romany, prostitution involving minors etc.) which are in my possession. They have built a criminal case in which I have been unjustly accused so that I can be persecuted and imprisoned in Romanian jails. It has been more than 9 years since I’ve looked for justice. I have requested for political asylum on 27.02.2012 from Norway and my request has been rejected within the 48 hours without my documents being investigated and at the same time (while this application related to the asylum request is pending within another department) on 26.09.2012 I have been arrested by the Interpol for the purpose that I have to be sent to Romania for the execution of a punishment. After 48 I was released by the norwegian judge who considered that I could be tried without imprisonment regarding the extradition especially that I am also a public figure. During this time, the Romanian Government requested the extradition petition for execution. After 7 months, specifically on 17.04.2013, the extradition case has reached its first stage – and on the same day the norwegian judge of the Oslo district agreed with me and has overruled the petition for extradition to Romania of the undersigned. The judge itself noticed the risk of persecution to which I am subjected and finds that the rule of law in Romania is corrupted (held as well by the norwegian society). Later on, unpleasant surprises have appeared in other two courts of justice in Norway which delivered on my petition for extradition, and in shock I have found that this case of extradition has no longer been taken seriously (as it has been by the first court of justice) the case being tried politically. To be seen the decisions drawn up. Here I mention that the former attorney chosen from the company Advokatfirmaet Klovfjell A.S represented by the Junior Lawyer Erlend Liaklev, who should have defended me no longer sent my pieces of evidence before the judges and passed on to criticizing the judge of the Oslo district who agreed with me. And when I noticed this I have requested from the Supreme Court of Justice in Norway for a new court hearing date and the immediate possibility of choosing and preparing the case before them. The Judges from the Supreme Court have tried the request for appeal (ATTENTION!) of the former attorney (since I had requested for a new lawyer) and rejected my right to defense related to a new chosen attorney and a new court hearing date. In the name of the democratic values and the dark history of the Romany ethnicity during the IInd World War, on behalf of those continuing to be persecuted systematically for the political and civil rights of the Romany ethnicity from which I come and for the poor I hereby request the immediate protection of the state above mentioned before the rasist groups formed against the Romany and corrupted government agents continuing to hide the political and social reality related to the Romany ethnicity in Romania. I hereby mention that the Romanian Government intents to hide the real social and political situation of Romany ethnicity each time hiding behind the fact that the problem and phenomena of integration of the Romany people belongs to the entire Europe (Lie!); fraudulent misuse of funds; falsification of reports related to the inclusion of Romany peoplein society; the lying before the European institutions and other rasist actions against the Romany people. An example that comes to my mind now when I write this request for asylum is the so called evidence, completely untrue regarding the statement that from a total of 33.000 prisoners imprisoned today in the jails in Romania, only 2300 are of Romany ethnicity. It’s a lie! Because the civil society (the majority compromised and depending on the government) in Romania knows that the prisons in Romania are in a percentage of 80 % full of prisoners of Romany ethnicity. Regarding all the above arguments, most nations in the world know the situation of discrimination regarding the Romany ethnicity where the commissioner for human rights from the United Nations Organization, Navi Pilay has requested the urgency of a new measure for the compliance with the human rights.
