August 14, 2014 Dear PAP Colleagues, Please click the Conference Registration link for the PAP 51st Annual Convention. Please check if your names are listed. For those who have paid and registered but cannot find your name in the list, please email us at pap_1962_08@yahoo your scanned copy of deposit slip or proof of payment (official receipt) and registration form. For those listed with pending payments, no registration forms please settle this asap to avoid delays in claiming your Official Receipts and Souvenir kits on August 21, 2014. We also wish to inform you that although registration is still ongoing, PAP will no longer accept your sent deposit slips via email after the 3:00 pm extended deadline today to give the PAP Secretariat ample time to finalize the list and kits in preparation for going to CDO. For those whose Registration Forms and Proof of Payment are not sent to PAP by this deadline, you might have to expect some delay and inconvenience in processing your registration on Day 1 of the convention. In order to facilitate Onsite Registration, please be sure to bring your completed registration form and proof of payment on August 21, 2014. We all look forward to seeing you in Cagayan de Oro City!
