This are parts of a chat that I had yesterday with a Chinese online friend, talking about relationships and how to validate them: If in the end, the love that you have to give to another person depends on the financial feedback you get from him or her, be sure that sooner or later, that relationship will break apart. Thats something I can guarantee you. - Im not speaking just of love relationships. This is related to any interpersonal relationship. Ive seen parents and their children get completely alienated from each other, just because of money affairs. - Dont make things depend too much on the financial factor. Emotions, feelings cannot be bought with money. If you see that someone you love doesnt show much willingness to invite you or pay something for you, ask him why - simply ask directly and honestly. Its no crime. Maybe he has a good explanation. If the explanation is simply a lame excuse, you should tell him honestly what you think of that and ask him what he believes it will bring. And basing on his answer, Im quite sure you will know in which direction to move on. - We all deserve a good partner at our side. And the best way of being prepared for heart breaks and severe disillusions is to have a high self-esteem, an inner strength, and not expect too much of others. But not become cruel and unforgiving because of the bad example others are giving to you and others. All the contrary: do all the contrary to them to give THEM a GOOD example of HOW to do it BETTER! - Violence doesnt lead to peace and tranquility - it just provokes the same thing: violence over and over again. The situation between Israel and Palestine is just the same.
