This article provides an in-depth view of the means to which the extreme right, rich and corporate elements, and certain elements of the white population will go to in order to destroy the very basic fabric of democracy upon which the US was founded in the first place. Why? I personally think it is because of the changing demographic composition of the American population. Five centuries of a sense of entitlement that European invaders brought to his hemisphere are in a natural process of coming to an end. The ideal thing is to have both a fair and level playing field for everyone, regardless of ethnic background and skin color. This article describes what looks like a "scorched earth" policy of destruction of the United States. If the population of European origin cannot enjoy that sense of entitlement and have to give some of that sense of entitlement up in order to level the playing field for everyone else who is not of European origin, these extreme right-wingers intend to destroy the country as it was once known and leave it in a shambles in order to accommodate everyone else of non-European origin on a level playing field with a fair chance to do well in life and become valuable members of society. I fear for the land of my birth at this time.
