This beautiful Tuesday we can embrace our hearts as the messenger of love, not shoot it. Today we can recover the integrity we may have lost as a child or in mid life. We can recover the message that we havent delivered for so long, and start delivering it again. The voice of integrity, the voice of our spirit, is always speaking to us even if we dont want to listen. And that voice is saying I love you. In every activity of our life, we can express the real message of our heart, the message we are feeling right now. When we express what we really are in life, only beauty can come out of us, only joy and respect and happiness. For a long time I lived in misery relating to others my father had died in a terrible accident. It was less painful than saying he walked out on my family at 3 months of age. Being truthful and accepting ourselves as loving human beings can be most difficult at times. My hope for the day is that we speak with love and honesty from our hearts. That we arent afraid to be the beautiful people that God created and share with others who we truly are. Lovem all.
