This book is changing so much of what I know about food and what it will take to end hunger globally. Ive been so preoccupied with organic and localized foods that I hadnt thought about the other side of that coin. How fortunate we are as Americans to even have these options. And how selfish we are to often believe this to be the only way to eat. I strongly suggest anyone with a strong opinion who actualky cares enough to know what they are talking about read this book. Its amazingly insightful.
