This bothers me: For the last 5 or 6 years we have been Ferrellgas customers. Not only here, but at my family home and mothers home. (26,000.00 in gas last year) It was pointed out to me sometime last year that our tanks could not be located where they are at the current time. Which is odd, because THEY (Ferrellgas) put them there, knowing that it was not correct. Since then, the manager is no longer with the company, and we have had to spend 2500.00 to correct their mistakes because Ferrellgas came by and said no more gas til YOU fix this. Ok. So, Ferrellgas says we want your business, so we will give you 750.00 to offset the cost for OUR mistakes. However, you have to sign a 5 year contract. Or Ferrellgas will pay half, with an 8 year contract. Is it just me or am I being bullied into paying for someones mistakes from years ago? This is not the way to keep customers, I assure you.
