Steve Scalise is a disgrace to everything the USA claims to represent. Not that the Republican Party would agree with that indictment of the Number 3 Representative in the House of REPRESENTATIVES. Last week, we learned that GOP Rep. Steve Scalise - the #3 Republican on John Boehners leadership team - once addressed a white supremacist organization founded by notorious former KKK Grand Wizard David Duke. But it gets worse. Now it turns out that Scalise took money from one of Dukes lieutenants, and old interviews have surfaced in which Scalise regularly described himself as Dukes ideological confederate in local and national media. But despite all this, John Boehner is REFUSING to drop Scalise from his leadership team. Please add your name today: Tell Boehner to DUMP STEVE SCALISE! Boehner says that Scalise white supremacist ties are simply an error in judgement. But if thats true, Scalise should have repudiated Duke and his organization BEFORE his reported embrace of the former Klan leaders views became a national embarrassment. And why is he still keeping the money? Boehners wrong: Scalise speech to white supremacists was no error. But keeping Scalise in leadership certainly would be.
