This class meets at Paddling Paradise on US1 in Melbourne located at 729 US1 across from Kelly Ford. We will join together on the lawn (please bring a yoga mat as the lawn tends to be damp at 6:30 am) and have a brief discussion and sit together for a short meditation. We will be out on the water by 7 am to paddle and work on our own personal practice with help and suggestions from myself. I really want this class to be about learning to cultivate a practice of your own, whatever that means for you. It can be a mindfulness practice, an awareness practice, an intense physical practice. Whatever you are needing in your life, I would like for you to decide and allow that for yourself. The class is $25 including a board rental or $15 if you BYOB.
