This comes from Laurie Daniel-Heck Huckeba, I am the widow AND COWORKER of AST Bruce Heck, EOW 1-10-97. I now dedicate my time to helping other survivors through Alaska chapter Concerns of Police Survivors. A group none of us ever want to join. I wanted to reach out to you as I am traveling to Fbx on Friday and am available to meet up with anyone who wants or needs to just have someone near who has gone down the road of losing a fellow LEO. Im traveling up with Kat Peterson so we should be arriving early evening on Friday. Im so sorry for the losses of Scott & Gabe. I had never met Gabe but I knew Scott from my years with AST as well as when he was a wrestler in Tok and I was in Glennallen.
