This comes from a 44 yom who missed dialysis the day before and is now nauseous with vomiting. He is in no particular distress, hypertensive, generally weak with no other symptoms. This is the cleanest 12-lead I got. The monitor flagged a STEMI. I elected to not activate a STEMI however, but did send it off to the doc to let him decide. Id like to hear your thoughts. I had a little trouble describing the 12-lead in my report, especially as regards the baseline and STE or PR depression (?) inferiorly. I always have trouble with these when the J-point is elevated in relation to the prior TP segment, but much less elevated when compared to the terminal T.
