This comes from the party that continues to cut education and headstart. I agree we should refocus education but it is a seperate question and a long range solution. Corporate greed has taken over and workers are getting nothing. One only has to look at Wall Street to see what is wrong. If I thought the Editorial board actually cared about small business. Those businesses are an excuse to keep wages low and corporate profits high. By the way, I used to run a small restaurant during the last wage hike. The restaurant survived well.
