This comes under the heading of I-shoulda-seen-it-coming-- chatting with the man this morning. Got off on a restaurant I used to take my tour groups to in Bali and the wonderful fresh garlic bread with grated cheese under a broiler they used to make. -I would always warn my passengers Im going to have this, and it is really good heavy fresh garlic butter, and we will be back together on the bus this afternoon, so-- and my friends that owned the restaurant were pretty sure of orders of the stuff for all- I was prattling on to Jim and explaining that the secret was in the butter, and I learned to make it, and served it to my family and friends on Guam--all the while, a secret warning was bubbling in the back of my head, but I went on ignoring the Danger-Danger till I heard the deep hollow voice from the other pillow say--But you have never made it for me~~ So this afternoon, I have started the garlic and butter to age for the worlds best garlic bread~~~
