This coming Tuesday the Optimist Club of Henderson is hosting its annual Respect for Law Banquet. The name really says it all. We will be joined by the leaders of the Henderson Police Department, Vance County Sheriffs Office, NC Highway Patrol, Henderson Fire/EMS, Vance County Fire/EMS, and NC Park Rangers. This event is always a good time to give thanks and reflect on those who work in harms way to help protect us.
