This coming summer we will, again, be taking different grandchildren (as we did three times before) to Poland to see for themselves where their grandfather lived, where he was incarcerated, where almost all their family was "exterminated". Once again we will stand in front of the placque on the wall of one of the barracks where a Nazi leader wrote....the Jews must be exterminated in this generation, three generations, with our finger in the Italian salute.
