This cop is obviously a bit shell shocked and shouldnt be out there!! I can see how one would be scared on either side, with all the violence and such. Here we have a case of camera balls, ..... (Hoping he would of chosen to keep walking after the cops superior came in and said something, with out the camera.) He could of made a point to bring it up again,with witnesses. Not sure why he chose to continue to be in the cops face, wasnt smart at all! Why hang out and continue to badger him?! He already proved to be an ass and point the gun in his face... What other proof do you need that shit can go down hill quick!! The PD did good w their response and this cop should be followed up with some counseling and sensitivity training.
