This could only happen to me! Im at Food City East getting us something quick for supper and I notice theyve got some beautiful ferns for around six bucks so I get me one. I carry it all through the store in my cart. Stop and use the restroom. Check out where the fern is transferred to another cart by the bagger. I get to my car and sit it in the front seat while I put my groceries in the trunk. I get in and get my seatbelt on and I hear something flutter in that fern and the leaves are moving around. I look over and see two tiny eyes looking back at me! I think Im about to lose my mind and control of all bodily functions just as this little bird decides to take flight in my car! I quickly roll down the window and let it out of my car before I get my eyes pecked out! It was an Alfred Hitchcock moment for sure! I wish Lisa had been with me cause she wouldve been holding the fern in her lap. That reaaaally wouldve been funny!
