This day, though it happened a couple of days ago (I think) is important because HIV/AIDS is still here and people are still getting infected and still dying. Often, when I go to my clinic, I meet people who have been recently diagnosed and I realize how of a problem HIV/AIDS still is. And I see too how lucky I am to be getting treatment. Believe it or not there is at least one place in America where getting treatment is harder because that state has stooped funding for treatment. That state is South Carolina. We cannot forget how important is nor can we stop fighting it, as the state of South Carolina has. AIDS is here and it is NOT going away. Auntie Empress Judi
