This evening, passengers on Norwegian flight DY2498 from London (Gatwick) to Warsaw, sat in the aircraft for over 3 hours, on the tarmac, while they fixed a problem with the wings and lights (somewhat worrying in itself). Finally, they departed over 5 hours late, without any offer of drink or food to passengers. We wont be making any further bookings with them, and Ill be letting my friends and colleagues know. To be honest, given the extra cost and problems of getting to/from airports to fit in with their departure and arrival times, its only marginally more for us to use BA.
