This happened in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, U.S. of A. (but seems like U.S.S.R.!!) Please Share This Everywhere! Red Bartholomew posted Having set up by 3:30pm. This incident happened at 4:30pm. As I told the officer it would take me awhile. Having repeatedly asked the officer to show me the statute just seemed to feed his anger as he became more adamant about enforcing what he believed. He then pitched right in taking down my flags first. And physically himself he took down my big Impeach Obama sign, poles and all. I was slowly wrapping up my Gadsden flag when he had taken down my American, Red White and Blue. And I said, Dont let that touch the ground. He says, If any of this goes up again or I see you here again. You have been warned and you will be arrested. The officer exited and was no where to been seen. When more Patriots arrived we regrouped and elected to go down to 394 & Park. I had specifically asked this officer if that location would be alright. And all he would say was, thats a different situation. So taking that as an OK off we went. When a different officer showed up at the new location. I explained these previous conversations with the new officer. Eventually thanking the fresh officer for his pleasant demeanor. Both locations lasted an hour and a half before law enforcement showed up.
