This has been a great day. After doing morning chores and working in the garden we Barbqued chicken on the grill, had a great meal with friends and family followed by a hand cranked freezer of home made ice cream. Never far from our minds were the sacrifices of our ancestors and those who helped form and build this nation. Liberty....freedom from tyranny...is not an accident. It is the result of hard work and great cost. Let us not forget that historians will look at our generation one day...will they see people who were willing to give of self to pass it on to the following generations, or will we be viewed as too busy and self absorbed to be involved? 3% took direct action in 1776 and changed the world...where do you fit in?
