In this video, dude was on the phone, chatting away, oblivious to what was going on around him. That cop came around the corner and put two in him without so much as a verbal challenge issued. Horrible police work and something the rest of us would be fried over. Not only was the rifle pointed down at the ground, but the dude wasnt even turned in the direction of the cop.
