This house gives you such a good home feel as soon as you walk-in. as you walk-in the is a large entrance, hardwood floors, great lighting, of to your right is your large step down formal living room with a fire place, vaulted ceilings. Plantation shutters throughout the home. Attached to your large formal living room is your formal dining area, large enough to comfortable fit a large table, china cabinet and you still have room. There is a built-in butler for your storage needs. as you walk around the table you enter into a cooks dream kitchen, pub table with four chairs, large pantry, beautiful tile flooring, than your eyes are taken over by this rich full of color granite. This wrap around kitchen has with appliances, top of the line dishwasher and the seller is willing to leave the refrigerator to complete the feel. Kitchen windows opens out into your own private back yard, the greenery is so relaxing. As you leave the kitchen, you enter into the family room, shaded, plantation shutters, fire place, hardwood floors, than you look off to our left there is a wet bar, granite, sink, ready to make your drinks up for the super bowl or just a family get together. Overhead lighting completes the feel. As you come back towards the entrance there is a hallway of to your right. Step down enter into the hallway. On your left there is a large Laundry room, cabinets and a door leading to the garage. As you continue down the hall there is a large bedroom, used as an electronics room/media room. Large closet and room, perfect for a mother-in Laws quarters or a guest bedroom, office or older family member. Straight in front of you is the bathroom. Large clean, shows like a homes and garden magazine; there is a door leading outside to access the side of the house where the pool is located. All gate and fenced in feels very private, little water feature adds visual interest to the pool and gives it more of a spa feel. There is lush greenery around the pool and a large tree that makes if fell very private. As you walk out and go to you right, walk through the Iron Gate you enter into your very private back yard, very green very inviting. A large covered patio, just what you would expect from such a wonderful home. BBQ, table and chairs, you’re just anxious for the week end to roll around. You will never want Monday to roll back around. You will want all of the parties at your house. You will want to take summer off of change your profession to have more time in your pool. This is just the down stairs, now as we walk back into the home. e will walk back towards the entrance straight ahead and off to the right is the staircase, as you walk up stairs you will enjoy the view of your large formal living and dining area . As you reach the top of the stairs you will see off to your right a large double door entry leading in to the master of master bedroom. Open the door and see what a huge room awaits you. In front of you is a huge Cal king bed, dressers, night stands, his and hers huge closet; One with mirrored class doors, the other a walk-in in the spa like bath room. Continue into the master , as you walk in to the room you will notice, you have your very own fireplace , along with a retreat sitting area , you own little sitting area you your private relaxation. turn and walk into this never ending bathroom, a large soap ,cal-gone take me away bubbles baths with a glass of wine and sweet music , just let it all melt away! Sit you will want to stay there for hours on end. The tub is so big it looks like it can fit two people, just a past my favorite part of the bathroom is a large glass shower, steam me up Scottie! no problem with shower pressure here, turn it up, nice hot shower after a long day at work , work out you muscles with a nice long hot shower.as out get out of the shower you can walk into your large walk-in closet ad take your time and decide what fabulous outfit you’re going to wear. Now, this builder was smart, he placed the toilet in the very back end of the bathroom. So if your every need to let one go, at least not everyone knows your business. . now as we leave one of my favorite parts of the house. I will take you back out to the hall way, straight ahead and off to the left id on of two more huge bedrooms. I mean this bedroom hold full bedrooms sets and you can still walk around. This room has a custom closet for easy storage needs and organization; has its own sink and mirror. No waiting or banging on the door trying to get in to brush your teeth, dont even think about doing your hair when someone else is in the bathroom. This room, this builder thought of everything, you have time to do your own hair and teeth without the headache of fight for time in the bathroom. This room shares a jack and Jill bathroom with a large bedroom that is at the end of the hall way. This room is huge, the bed comes up a past my waist. And hold young ladies furnishings and all of her stuff and it still look neat and put away. Tis room has its own sink, mirror and huge walk-in closet. This is only my take on the house, come and see it for yourself. This house is a home a place to call home and raise a family. You feel it; youll know its the one.
