This is 100% bullshit. Its not that we need foreign workers, its that you need to increase your profit margin. Pay decent wages to locals and increase your training and management budgets and Im sure you will do just fine you greedy swine. Youre telling me that people from the Philippines have more linguistic prowess, and leadership abilities than the home grown locals here? While that may be true for some lets call a spade a spade and accept that the FWP is basically bringing in indentured servants who are at their employers whim and subject to lower wages and abuse.
