This is A letter From World Vision to me today, as I have been sponsoring a young boy for several years in India: Dear Ms Francissca Peter , This Chinese New Year, we celebrate your role in having made a difference in the lives of the children and communities in Kangayam, India. We want to thank you for keeping the faith and continuing the journey with us, believing that you are sowing into the lives of the sponsored children and the communities they live in. For this purpose, we bring you a message from the people of Kangayam to encourage all of us in this journey towards eradicating poverty. We are pleased to announce that Kangayam is now in the process of phasing out from World Visions Area Development Programme (ADP) and will continue with its development activities under the guidance of their own community leaders. This is the ultimate goal that we have for all our ADPS and we are happy to inform that Kangayam is now progressing out of the poverty line, thanks to your help and support. Something like this makes my day the joy of protecting a child giving a family hope for their children in severe poverty. I am very glad to hear this news it has been a long journey and I pray that many more people can come forward to sponsor a child as it is much needed. There are sacrifices to be made, even in tough times, but we must not give up hope, for it is in these children, there is a chance for them to have a better future and with them having an education they will educate other children wisely too in the future. You can do the same at home or anywhere in the world lets save a little life now. We can end poverty If we all played a role today.
