This is Charlie Brown, born 6-8-2013, he is in Lebanon, TN. He is living outside and needs rescue. he is a pb min pin, all natural, I believe though not positive on tail. He is great with kids of all ages and other dogs. I am not sure about cats. He is Not in a Good place and needs to be removed form it ASAP. Even if we can find temp foster. MPMR is FULL and we are in Financial NEED due to several high medical cases we have recently taken in. I am begging other Min Pin Rescues to PLEASE help him.
