This is Dame. Shes a smooth coated miki. We took her in a few days ago. Shes twelvish in age which accounts for her face obviously. But whats really interesting is all the pups with this breeder/hoarder are brownish or grayish and rough coats. Her daughter was a solid red (very unique from my understanding.)And the males black. I had never heard of this breed previously but am learning now as we go. I talked to my neighbor who brought her situation to my attention and shes always had the white in her belly and tail. Anyone familiar with this breed or how solids with brindle (?) could throw so many washed out plain pups? Im guessing since only her and one daughter of the seventeen had the smooth coat thats recessive but the coloring is distracting me I will try and find pics of offspring.
