This is Heidi Speers experience with Block! So in case you missed my product announcement video yesterday, there was a new Plexus product call Block that Ive been a tester for since right after we got back from Maui. Ive been on it for TWO WEEKS and Im in LOVE!!! Heres my personal experience the last two weeks with this product! First off... I dont like to weigh myself. Primarily because I still tend to let that number determine who I am. We do a lot of weight training and working out and even though I know that a higher number on the scale is probably going to be muscle gain (if Im doing what Im supposed to be doing) I can still let it ruin my day. I also struggle with SEVERE body image issues and body dysmorphia and rarely do I ever actually feel good about my progress no matter what photos, the scale, measurements, or loose pants tell me. But since starting this product I do feel some big changes (mental and physical) and am seeing the fruits of my labor a bit better now! I do weekly meal preps and normally eat pre-portioned, smaller meals anyways so I have been finishing most of them but I havent craved ANY carbs and sugar this last two weeks. Which is odd for this food addict. Normally with my Plexus products on board I can resist the temptations 95% of the time and enough to stick with my healthy eating plan, but sometimes my food addict tendencies and habits can push through and the cravings can really be nagging and jab at me even though Im resisting. It usually ends up upsetting me that my mind is obsessing over the food I wish I could have. But in the last two weeks Ive been able to stick to my eating and workout regimen without having to put up any sort of a fight!!! Block is a carb and sugar blocker so it inhibits enzymes that convert starches to glucose and slows conversion of glucose to fat!! Adding it to my Plexus routine has really enhanced my ability to listen to my body and make smarter choices when it comes to my hunger and cravings and level of fullness. I even packed a George Foreman grill this week for Florida thanks to Toni Naramores recommendation, so that I could take full advantage of this extra control over my appetite and cravings and continue to do good even while on vacation for 7 days (whens the last time you had that much self control?) Ive also had the energy and motivation to continue my workouts while Im away, so Wayne Bashay will be proud of me too! So all that to say, I have no idea if my numbers on the scale are down or if my inches are down, or if its all a placebo effect and all in my head, but I do feel good this week and feel great about my continued progress. I feel thinner and I feel like I look smaller (even just since Maui). And for me...that is a really really big deal! So after many many requests since yesterdays video, here is a 2 week before and after of my trial with BLOCK. REMEMBER... this is just two weeks so dont tear me apart if you dont think the differences are drastic enough. Its only been 2 weeks okay? Lol but I feel good about it and cant wait to see how this helps me through the tough carb and sugar loaded, holiday food season thats approaching fast!! Inbox me if youd like more info!
