This is Kay: We had a fabulous day with Patty today!! A very dear friend of ours, Miss Pat went with us. She is the best cook in the world and she cooked a huge pot of chicken & pastry, cabbage and cornbread. We wont be hungry again until next week! Patty and I told everyone about the time she was in college and went to a Halloween party at the fraternity on Hooker Road (cannot recall the name). Glenn & I were living in a subdivision off Hooker Road called Singletree. I had no idea that Patty was at the fraternity party. Everyone knows I am not as adventuorus as Patty. I had given out candy and was probably in bed by 10:00 p.m. About midnight, I could still hear the blaring music so I called Greenville police to ask them if this fraternity could turn the music down a few notches. Patty told me when the police got there, they said a woman that lived in Singletree said the music was too loud. Patty told them, that was my sister calling!! After over 30 years, this still makes us laugh until we cannot breathe!! Patty starts physical therapy next Tuesday!!! The PT asked us if she needed speech therapy and I said, no, but if you need someone to teach the class, Patty is your woman. Patty, I love you so much and you always make my life so much brighter!!
