This is NOT JUST ABOUT GRAZING! This effort is originating from the State Boards Non Point Source Plan, which they interpret to require regulation of all activities that could impact water quality, including grazing. The State Board created a committee comprised of Regional Board staff to create a statewide grazing program. They have named this effort the Grazing Regulatory Action Project (GRAP). (Should be GRAB!) TIME HAS COME FOR 51!
