This is Orozul (Phyla [Lippia] dulcis, Verbenaceae). In the US it is sometimes called Aztec sweet leaf, and in fact the leaf is very sweet, sort of Stevia-like. When the local folks were describing plants they use frequently as medicine, this one came up often. It was hard to follow exactly what it was good for, but it was one of those plants (a bit like Peppermint perhaps) that tastes good and is used often. It is a native roadside plant. Miraflor, Nicaragua.
