This is Part Two of my Leg training circuit today. Exercises 3 and 4 of six. Exercise 1 starts with High Step-Ups using 20 lb dumbbells in each hand x 15 reps per leg, then go right into 115 lb stiff deads with toes on small 5 lb plates for twelve reps, really concentrate on squeezing glutes at the top of these two exercises, and be sure to push through heel on the foot that you have on top of your step ups, do not push off the floor to get on the step, but use the foot on the step or box if you are using a box, and drive yourself up keeping weight in heel. Squeeze glute (butt) at the top of this movement. Repeat these two exercises three times through, adding more weight with each set, staying in the 12-15 rep range.
