According to the cop, when asked by the VICTIM, why he shot him, the cop responded by saying that he dove back, head first, into his car. Seriously? The VICTIM was doing WHAT HE WAS TOLD TO DO. AND, when asked about why he had stopped him to begin with, the cop tells him it was because of a SEATBELT VIOLATION?? R U EFFIN KIDDING ME???? AND, that cop just shot him with all those vehicles in front of him!! He didnt know if there was anyone in those cars! HE COULD HAVE KILLED SOMEONE!!
