This is WRONG!! Totally unacceptable! Just because they have a badge they think they can get away with this kind of crap. Notice at the end he also slammed the door on the victim hurting him you see the door stop suddenly as he slams the door after shoving the man in forcefully with no reason to have even done so let alone pulling him over instead of the others that were making criminal offenses and then in the second place they arrested him for minimal charges such as his license plate and when the man questioned why they pulled him over in the first place the officer got violent and shove the victim into the car and slammed the door on what I would assume WAS his legs or feet but are now most likely severely broken. I do not tolerate such corruption and wrongful actions of what is supposed to be and used to be a respected and honorable job.... Abuse of power by definition can use this video as an example.
